CAP AIDS is a volunteer run and volunteer driven organisation. Since its founding, CAP AIDS has relied on a team of dedicated volunteers in Canada who look after everything from administrative functions, to event planning and fundraising.

CAP AIDS also relies on and would not exist without the dedication of a number of volunteers in Africa whose responsibility it is to find grassroots groups who are doing good work and who could benefit from CAP AIDS support.
